Who we are

What we collect
Only what you enter in the registration form: name, work email, company, role, cohort size, delivery preference, and whatever you write in the free-text field about what you are building against.
Submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider, which records the submission with basic technical metadata such as the time it was sent, and collects standard server request data for security and availability.
Why we use it
To reply to your registration, schedule a cohort, and prepare material that fits the group. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to an enquiry you initiated — and, once you book, performance of a contract.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Workshop material and your data
During the workshop you work on your own catalog data on your own machine. We do not require a copy of it, we do not retain it, and it is not transmitted to us. If you choose to show something during a session, it is not recorded.
Where workshop experience informs teaching material, it is abstracted: no participant, employer, catalog or product is identifiable. If we ever want to cite your work by name, we will ask you first and in writing.
How long we keep it
Registration records are kept for up to 24 months from our last contact, then deleted. Records connected to a paid booking are kept for six years, as UK accounting rules require.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of your data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to shaiyem1@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. The hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve the site and protect the form from abuse.
