Registration and booking
Registering interest places you on a list; it is not a booking and nothing is charged. A booking exists only once dates and fees have been agreed in writing and an invoice issued. Cohorts are capped, and places are allocated in order of confirmed booking.
We may decline a registration, and we may cancel or reschedule a cohort where numbers do not form. Where a confirmed cohort is cancelled by us, fees paid are refunded in full.
Intellectual property
The Governed Intelligence Architecture framework, its terminology, the workshop curriculum, the scoring rubric and all written material are the property of M. A. Shaiye and are protected by copyright.
Code you write during the workshop is yours. You may use it in your own commercial systems without restriction or attribution. What you may not do is reproduce the curriculum or teaching material, or use them to deliver a competing workshop or training product, without written permission.
What the workshop is and is not
The workshop teaches an architectural approach and produces working code written by you. It is not a guarantee of regulatory compliance, of commercial outcome, or of placement, ranking or visibility on any third-party agent surface — none of which we control.

Material covering disclosure obligations, regulation or compliance is general information, not legal advice, and must not be relied on as such. Take your own professional advice on your own obligations and jurisdiction.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, participation in the workshop, or reliance on its content. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
